Greg Gale Senior Loan Officer / Team Lead
Greg joined the mortgage industry in 2005. Prior to that, he was a personal trainer and martial arts instructor for 17 years. Greg notes that 20 years of martial arts, where persistence, honor, and integrity are the heart of daily practice, was a perfect lead in to his role as financial advisor in the mortgage industry. The Gale Team at NOVA Home Loans is a full service loan origination service, committed to providing innovative mortgage solutions and real estate strategies. In his role as team leader, Greg stresses the importance of integrity, a positive attitude, patience, creativity and respect for all things. This team defines communication as one of the single most important elements in a successful loan transaction. They are committed to returning calls promptly, providing regular status updates and being available as needed throughout the process. Greg and his team really listen to clients needs, and then seek the best possible solutions, more often than not exceeding their client’s expectations. Larry Neaman Loan Officer
Larry is originally from Winnipeg, Canada, and made the move to the Valley of the Sun in 1993. He started his career a successful career as a Realtor from 1993-2007. When the real estate market collapsed in 2007, he went on to pursue other ventures. Always wanting to get back in to some aspect of the real estate industry. Larry’s degree in finance combined with his knowledge of real estate, allows him to understand the needs of the referring realtors, as well as his clients. When not at the office you can find Larry on the golf course, or volunteering with his therapy dog at local hospitals and senior centers.
Holly Taylor Loan Officer
Holly was born and raised in the valley. Originally, Holly comes from a customer service background and was extremely excited when she was offered the opportunity to work with The Gale Team at NOVA Home Loans in June of 2015. She is very passionate about providing others with the care and comfort they deserve. When she’s not working with people she spends her time working with animal rescue, fostering and placing animals in need. Holly also enjoys cooking and painting.

Talia was born and raised here in Phoenix, Arizona. While being a native of Arizona, she continued to deepen the roots by graduating from Arizona State University. She joined the Gale Team in 2019 and says that, “The Gale Team is like family. We push each other and support each other to always be the best, whatever that may look like.” Talia loves to help and serve, and always ensure everyone is taken care of. She is a team player, whatever it takes to get the whole team across the finish line, she will do. Talia loves to spend time with her family, go running with her pup, and create something delicious in the kitchen
